History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Justin would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Justin reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now mingles about in high society.
