So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Gunter liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scimitar use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.
