Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Spy who has hired him part-time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, John is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tailor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an entirely brown suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Description: He wears bulky green painted plate armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alex embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Alex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Alex's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he tends to wear a large green jacket. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
