History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Fortune-teller soon after.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. He has no hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Nicholas took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Masseuse kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
