History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Simon took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Clerebold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Miles began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Miles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
