History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Alex liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To protect his home; and a deep hatred of goblins
