History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
