Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jocelyn will drive conversation. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
