History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently the stress of being a Layabout has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Hunter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hunter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Bellfounder soon after.
