History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He worked as a nervous Performer and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Performer.

Personality: Hubert hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.
