History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Drogo grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has achieved small success as a Baker.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Thomas studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Hunter and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
