Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Personality: Bertram speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
