Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and seeks redemption

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His black hair is knotted and matted. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in bow use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This southern man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Diggory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Guy was born with his mother's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
