Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His brown hair is cut short. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Nicholas was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: This man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his right hand. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was a Navigator, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He usually wears his violet robe and has his club always slung over his shoulder. He has no hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ernest grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ernest. Being a Tanner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Reynard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
