History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his lance with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a hunchback. His red hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his chestnut hair down. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Farmer. His black hair is braided into rings. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister
