Description: This late middle aged man usually wears his tan robe and has his scythe always slung over his shoulder and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is cut short. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are violet.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Farmer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's in love
