Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
