History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Unemployed born in the past three hundred years. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
