History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Percival embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter father left him crippled. He's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
