History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Henry was taken on many hunting expeditions. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Henry was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Adelard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adelard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Theodoric was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
