History: Randal was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Balimaar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
