Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Roger was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears a violet vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Stableman. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to unite with his sister

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and brown handkerchief worn on his left side. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is still thick. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Banker mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
