Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Trey is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hugh isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Hugh and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Hugh discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Hugh fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Gardener and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor
