Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly rapiers and falchions. His hair is long and silver with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Frederick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Frederick decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a pastel coat. He has no hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Richard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Knight and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This malnourished man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He has moderate length silver hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bounty Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is greedy
