History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alex. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.
