Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Being a Banker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
