Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Server, and he later adopted a second son.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.
