Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
