This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Simon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult
