Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aldous embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Diggory was born the youngest of three triplets. He worked as a nervous Slave Trader and found it very stressful. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
