Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his monstrous two handed axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is chestnut and very short. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Brewer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Brewer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is content

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His black hair is singed and shortened. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Simon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he would like to get married and retire

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Marshal like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Barrister again.
