History: Roland was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the north to a Doctor, Aldous learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
