Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Body Guard who has hired him part-time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.
