Description: An older man who prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, he is not a threatening figure. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise green.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Balimaar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and is pretty ugly. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Thomas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and revenge

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with black slacks. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
