History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the west to a Sailor, William learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
