His father taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Reynard took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Roger is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has never given up on his singing dream.
