History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dull grey sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. His auburn hair is lengthy. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a Map Maker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to protect his home

Description: This man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears his golden hair down. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a Beggar first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
