History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gerald took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Justin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now owns his own business.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Miles was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.
