Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. His hair is long and red with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Bernard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born into a rich family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Dean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is wearing a long, yellow cloak. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
