History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and is pretty ugly. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
