Description: This southern man prefers to wear flannel. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has no hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born in the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He tends to wear a large white jacket. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly lances and glaives. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When Bernard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tailor and was forced into it by his family; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He stands about 5'10" and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, John would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Robert was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Robert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is blonde and very short. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
