Description: An older man who likes to wear brown tank tops with white pants, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alexandre grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alexandre. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'2". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hammer. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Adelard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Guy was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Guy's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
