History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
