His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This late middle aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Jocelyn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Jocelyn has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Anselm wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Anselm enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born into a rich family. Anselm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is greedy; and regain custody of his daughter
