History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Dustin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now owns his own business.
