History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: Kyle was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
