History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Actor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
