History: He was born in the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Hugh abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Laborer. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Conrad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle
