History: Theobald was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
