Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, and is pretty ugly. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Bernard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bernard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
